The project envisages the upgrading and modernization of the existing production of milk ice cream. The new investment is related to the optimization of production, through the purchase and implementation of an automated innovative machine with intelligent control for the return of various types of nut and seed raw materials to ice cream flavorings. In this way, the aim is to reduce the cost of the finished product and completely close and track the production cycle of the final product. The second part of the investment is related to the construction of the second stage of a photovoltaic installation / system with a maximum power of up to 29.7 KW for own needs on a land structure with identifier 68080.501.1464 in quarter 9 of the city of Sopot with the address ul. Ivan Vazov No. 83, in the town of Sopot, municipality of Sopot. In a previous project under measure 4.2, we provided for the construction of the first stage of the FEC for the same workshop. Considering the new installed capacities that the current project includes, the increase in the power of the power plant is necessary. The third part of the investment project is the purchase of a specialized electric multi-functional lifting machine for internal transport, which will fully serve the needs of the workshop for the production of milk ice cream.
