The proposed project is to purchase a system to maintain fresh and clean air in piggery rooms is essential in piggery for several key reasons.
  1. Temperature control: Pigs are sensitive to temperature changes. High temperatures can lead to stress and heatstroke, which can reduce their welfare and even lead to illness or death. The air conditioning system allows controlling the temperature in the buildings where the pigs are kept, ensuring optimal conditions for their health and growth.
2. Air humidity: Adequate air humidity is also important for pig health. High humidity can lead to problems such as diseases and respiratory difficulties. The air conditioning system can regulate the humidity in the air, protecting the animals from adverse conditions.
3. Disease prevention: Certain diseases and problems in pigs can develop or accelerate as a result of inadequate climatic conditions. Controlling temperature and humidity helps prevent such diseases and ensures better conditions for healthy animal husbandry.
4. Production efficiency: Suitable climatic conditions are essential for the efficiency of meat production and animal husbandry in general. Optimal conditions create comfort for the animals, which can lead to better growth, less stress and better health, increasing the bottom line of pig farming. The included elements and equipment are tailored to the capacity of raising pigs and the volume of the premises in which they are raised. The automated system is intended to operate continuously in 24/7 mode, i.e. 24 hours, 7 days a week. It is extremely important and necessary to have an air conditioning and cooling system when raising pigs to ensure an optimal environment for their welfare and production.
5. Provision is also made for the purchase of a generator for emergency power supply in case of need, for cases when there is a power outage from the energy distribution company providing the electricity we need.
