The project concerns investments in:
"Reconstruction and modernization of existing greenhouse blocks 15, 16, 17, 18 situated in PI 079002, 079003, 079004, 079005, 079006, 079007, 079008, 079009, 079010, 079011, 079012, 079013, 079014, 079015,. Mokrishte, Pazardzhik municipality in order to improve energy efficiency and optimize microclimate control processes ". The site is a greenhouse complex of glass heated greenhouses for the production of organic vegetables. The site is made of metal structure and glass, and includes systems for irrigation, fertilization, maintenance of the microclimate and pest protection. The heating is done on gas through a cogeneration system. The four greenhouse blocks are identical with a built-up area of 30,000 square meters each, or a total of 120,000 square meters for the entire site. Next to the blocks are additional outbuildings for auxiliary production in the complex. The connection between the blocks is made by an asphalt road. The access to the greenhouse blocks is controlled due to the specifics of the production that is produced in them and the requirements for hygiene in the organic production of food products.
"Construction of an electronic system for soil heating of greenhouse units - 3, 4 and 17 each of 30 decares". The investment intention includes measures for energy efficiency of the units by applying a 4 mm polycarbonate coating. on the existing glass wall and roof panels of the greenhouse blocks. The required roof polycarbonate for one greenhouse block is 2350 sq. M or a total of 9400 sq. M for the four reconstructed blocks.
Construction of an electronic system for soil heating of greenhouse blocks - 3, 4 and 17 each of 30 decares.
Each of these units is certified for organic production and has a size of 30 decares.
