The applicant's farm is located on the land of Chirpan, Chirpan municipality, Stara Zagora district, where perennial crops are grown - fruit plums and set-aside land. The total area under cultivation is 19,479 decares. The used agricultural properties are managed with a lease for a period of 9 years, notarized and registered at the Registry Agency of Chirpan. Cultivated crops are registered in IACS. The farmer owns his own agricultural machinery for the agro-technical activities on the farm - a tractor. During the current marketing year 2018/2019, the farm grows fruit plums on an area of 11.00 acres and set-aside land on an area of 8.479 acres. The plantations carry out all the necessary plant protection measures for pest control. There are no employees on the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire them for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the holding at the time of application is EUR 7969.51 standard production volume (SPO).
