The mechanization of production is an important factor for the sustainable development of agriculture. The provision of quality and modern equipment is a condition for raising the technical security of agricultural holdings and the technological level of the industry as a whole. On the basis of better technical security can be achieved: product restructuring of production in accordance with the new requirements of the domestic and international market; increase productivity and productivity; cost and loss reduction; improving the quality of production and as a general end result increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of production. The main challenges in the context of European integration are related to increasing the competitiveness of agricultural holdings. In order to have an economic benefit from the access to the common European market, it is extremely important to create conditions for the development of competitive and innovation-based agriculture, through the renewal of technologies, the introduction of modern land management practices. One of these conditions is the renewal of machinery, equipment and the introduction of more modern and reliable machines in agriculture, which requires significant investment. The project that the applicant aims to implement is the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment, which is characterized by significantly more economical indicators and at the same time will lead to higher competitiveness of the farmer in the region, higher yields and better quality of production.
