Description

The farmer will achieve and maintain the viability of his farm with the main activity of beekeeping for honey production. It intends to increase the number of bee families raised by increasing the available number by 35 in the second business year. By the end of the implementation of the business plan the total number of bee families will reach 160. An increase in the economic size of the farm will be achieved by a minimum of 2000 Euros, measured in Standard Production Volume. In order to improve the quality of production and to comply with the requirements for food quality, and to modernize the overall activity, beekeeping equipment will be purchased, namely a steam wax mill, a printing table and a centrifuge. Will continue to raise bee families, following the principles of organic farming. Annexation of the organic production contract with the addition of new bee families.
