In the farm of ZP Yordan Hristov Ivanov, located in farm № 5145-0356, village of Dragizhevo,  Lyaskovets municipality, the main activity is the production of cow's milk. The livestock farm is registered under Art. 137 of the Law for the veterinary medical activity. At the moment 57 dairy cows are bred in the farm, and 82 sheep are available for milk. As in the future the farm specializes in the production of cow's milk, it is planned to reduce the number of sheep on the farm and gradually switch to raising only large ruminants for milk production. For this reason, the current business plan is designed to raise only 45 dairy cows, and small ruminants are considered outside the project (Table 15. Forecast of Net Cash Flows of Other Activities).
At present, the farm has about 690 decares of arable land, which produces some of the fodder needed to feed the animals - cereals and alfalfa. Due to the specifics of animal husbandry activities on the one hand and the production of feed on the farm on the other and taking into account the changing climatic conditions in recent years, the farmer's farm increasingly requires the simultaneous use of wheeled machines in the barn and on the field.
Yordan Ivanov produces some of the necessary fodder for feeding the animals. According to the presented inventory book, the farm currently has agricultural machinery - mainly two wheeled machines (tractors with a production date of 2000 and 2006, respectively) and attached equipment, which will be used for cultivation of agricultural land and production of the necessary fodder. the field.
The planned investment in the current project proposal of a new tractor, front loader and forage trailer will be used entirely for servicing the daily activities in the barn for animal feed, loading and unloading activities and cake cleaning.
