NetBox Ltd. is registered in the Public Register of CRC and is an enterprise providing public electronic communications networks and services. Pursuant to Article 283, Paragraph 3 of the WEU - Undertakings providing public electronic communications networks and services are contracting authorities for the construction of electronic communications networks within the meaning of Article 161 (1) of the Territorial Planning Act.
Under Article 281a (1) of the WEU, undertakings providing public electronic communications networks and services have the right to establish electronic communications networks on, above and below private property or public municipal property.
Pursuant to Article 295, Paragraph 7 of the WEU - "The use of bridges, roads, streets, sidewalks and other properties - public municipal property, for the provision, transit and maintenance of electronic communications networks of undertakings providing electronic communications networks and / or services , is free of charge ".
The site is the construction of an underground optical route situated between the villages of Seslav and Gorichevo.
The route will be used for electronic communications, and is entirely located in the Municipality of Kubrat. The track is 5650 m long.
The site is a fifth category construction, according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 5, b. "E" of the TDA and Art. 8, para. 5 of Ordinance No. 1 / 30.07.2003 on the Nomenclature of Construction Types.
Furthermore, NetBox Ltd. wants to reorganize and change the designation of an existing workshop for processing and cutting of honey in administrative premises and the construction of a new customer service desk.
