The aim of the Project is to enhance the quality of life and increase the social inclusion of people with disabilities and elderly people trough establishing of network of home-based social services and provision of adequate (material and staffing) capacity for providing them.
In connection to the unprecedented challenges associated with the pandemic outbreak of COVID 19, additional resources are needed to prevent and secure access to services for vulnerable persons, incl. people with disabilities or with need of support for self-care who are most at risk of COVID-19, as well as persons in quarantine.
It has been identified increased need for the provision of home services in the context of the emerging epidemic situation in the country. The project activities are directed to provision of hourly services to the persons with social need for such and thus protecting the public interest and meeting the needs of the population to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Осигуряване на достъп до услуги за преодоляване на последиците от COVID-19. : Дейността е насочена към: възрастни хора над 65 г. с ограничения или в невъзможност за самообслужване; хора с увреждания и техните семейства; възрастни в риск. Дейността включва снабдяване с храна, хранителни продукти и продукти от първа необходимост, както и с лекарства при нужда от наетия за тази цел персонал по домовете на потребителите със средства на потребителите. При необходимост служителите, ангажирани с доставките ще извършват и административни услуги – плащане на битови сметки, такси, данъци и др. Услугите ще се предоставят почасово или по заявка/ситуация на риск на 73 потребители, които са информирани и съгласни да участват в планиране на подкрепата. Закупуването на храни и лекарства, както и плащането на битови сметки, такси и други административни услуги ще се извършва със средства на потребителите.
