The subject of the project proposal is a building - municipal property, located in UPI I-506, quarter 1 according to the plan of the village of Panicheri, the municipality of Hissarya. The building is used for its purpose - as a full-day kinder garden. The building has rooms designed for three groups of children and service rooms for staff, kitchen. Each group has a study room, a sleeping room, a wardrobe, a washbasin, a bathroom, a room for the staff. A new heating instalation with a wood and pellet boiler is planned, with a boiler room and a fuel storage. When selecting the room temperatures, the applicable regulations and normative documents have been complied with, and the temperatures have been selected according to the purpose of the rooms. Heating radiators of the "GLOBOLL" type are required for heating the building. Each radiator is provided with a radiator valve, a thermocouple, a cholender and a manual deaerator. Is foreseen the feeder pipe network will be constructed of FV-PP-R pipes. The main heat source is to be a hot water pellet and wood boiler - KOZ-WOOD - 60. After the installation of the plants, they will be tested on a water / hydraulic / and hot sample. After the end of the construction, documentation will be prepared according to the legal requirements.
