The project proposal includes rehabilitation and renovation and improvement of a square space in the village of Rayovo, municipality. Samokov, including replacement of pavements and curbs, asphalt pavements on the streets adjacent around the square with ot. 77-76-81-80-79-78 and placement of garden park elements - benches, gazebos, pergolas bins for household waste. Renovation and improvement of the terrain in the settlement is of significant social importance for the residents and guests of the settlement, and helps to improve the quality of life in the area. The activities under the project proposal are directly related to the small-scale infrastructure of the region, and to the development and promotion of the identity on the territory of FLAG Samokov. The implementation of the PP will contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the fishing area.
The land, subject of the project proposal is public municipal property. It is located between existing streets. There is provided pedestrian and transport access. It is available for use by disadvantaged people. The terrain is flat, covered with paving slabs in extremely poor condition. Part of the terrain is occupied by unmaintained lawns, surrounded by garden curbs, some of which are broken and ruined.
The project envisages rehabilitation and renovation of the square space in the village of Rayovo, municipality. Samokov, as follows:
-replacement of curbs and asphalt pavements on the streets adjacent around the square with ok. 77-76-81-80-79-78;
- installation of garden park elements - benches, bins for household waste, etc.
The current and applicable regulations have been complied with under the project.

Строително- монтажни работи обновяване е благоустроустрояване на площадно пространство в село Райово, общ. Самоков.: Обновяването и благоустрояването на терена в населеното място е със значителна социална значимост за жителите и гостите на населеното място, и помага за подобряване качеството на живот в района.
Теренът, предмет на проектното предложение е публична общинска собственост. Разположене е мужду съществуващи улици. Има осигурен пешаходен и транспортен достъп. Достъпен е за ползване от лица в неравностойно положение. Теренът е равнинен, покрит с тротоарни плочи в изключетелно лошо състояние. Част от терена е зает от непъддържани тревни площи, оградени с градински бордюри, част от които са счупени и пропаднали.
По проекта се предвижда рехабилитация и обновяване на площадното пространство в с. Райово, общ. Самоков. По проекта са спазени действащите и приложими нормативни уредби.
