The project proposal aims at improving Tutrakan Municipality’s administrative capacity through participation of its employees, representatives of units, responsible for the preparation and implementation of projects under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 ‘Energy efficiency in peripheral areas’, Priority Axis 2 ‘Support for Energy Efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas’ of OPRR 2014-2020, in a conference in the field of energy efficiency of buildings. All employees in the units will take part in one conference. The envisaged by the project measures for improving the administrative capacity of these employees – participation in a training and a conference, including adoption of good practices, participation in discussions, site visit, technical exhibition visit, are directed towards the quality and efficiency improvement of the implementation, management, monitoring, reporting on the projects under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 ‘Energy efficiency in peripheral areas’, Priority Axis 2 ‘Support for Energy Efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas’ of OPRR 2014-2020. The expected results from the implementation of project’s measures are: successfully trained municipal employees, taking part in preparation and implementation of projects; improved knowledge of these employees in the field of energy efficiency of buildings; monitoring and management of the process for introduction of energy efficiency measures and reporting; improved knowledge on the sustainable and green construction and renovation; adopted good European practices for modernization and reconstruction of existing buildings, sustainable construction and reconstruction; adopted European experience for practical solutions and innovative methods.

Участие в програми за обмен на опит и добри практики - специализирани обучения, обмяна на опит и участие в конференции в областта на енергийната ефективност в страни от Северна и Централна Европа, както и на територията на РБългария: Служителите на Община Тутракан, участници в звената за подготовка и изпълнение на проекти по процедура BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Енергийна ефективност в периферните райони”, Приоритетна ос 2 „Подкрепа за енергийна ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони“ на ОПРР 2014-2020 г. са общо 10 служители, обособени в една група. Служителите ще участват в една конференция. Конференцията ще се проведе в страна от Северна и Централна Европа.
