Description

Within the applicant's production base in the village of Dyulevo, Sredets, reg. Burgas will be built processing plants, whose capacity is fully in line with the agricultural production it produces. The slaughterhouse will annually harvest carcass of live animals (lambs and calves), of which over 83% own. The carcass meat slaughtered in the slaughterhouse will be processed into different assortments in a meat processing plant. For the production of meat preparations and unprocessed sausages it is envisaged to take and cut red frozen into briquettes or chilled meat. A total of 70% of the raw material is processed in the meat processing plant.
In the fruit freeze shop, processing and shock freezing of plums and cherries is planned, as well as the formation of batches with certain qualitative indices. Plums and cherries are collected at different times, allowing the plant to feed regularly.
The technological equipment envisaged for purchase is fully in line with the technological design and the production capacity for each of the different types of end products.
