Providing compensation to aquaculture farms for the additional costs incurred due to the market disruption caused by Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine and the consequences of that aggression on the fisheries and aquaculture supply chain by providing the free financial assistance in relation to the provisions of Article 68, paragraph 3 of Regulation (EU) No. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 year, on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2022/1278 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No. 508/2014 regarding special measures to mitigate the consequences of Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine on fishing activities and to limit the impact of the market disruption caused by this war of aggression on the fisheries and aquaculture supply chain.
