DUNAVCI MES Ltd. is a registered agricultural producer with over 5 years of history. From 2021 the company develops a new enterprise with main activity in the production of meat and meat preparations from pigs. In its activity the company aims to use a new generation of equipment and creates conditions for uninterrupted operation and continuous work process, which leads to better planning of the load of production capacity and reduction of indirect and direct losses.
With this project the applicant plans to invest in modern and highly efficient machines and equipment for automation and modernization of meat production and meat preparations, namely:
- Delivery and commissioning of automated technological equipment for modernization of production processes in the cutting plant
- Construction of an automated low temperature refrigerator
- Construction and installation work activities for reconstruction and new construction of a production building
- Construction of an autonomous photovoltaic installation for production of electricity for own needs with a maximum power of 140 kWp.
With the implementation of the project, the candidate undertakes to maintain the average number of staff for 2020 and to create a new job.
The implementation of the investment will improve the production of DUNAVCI MES Ltd., will reduce the cost of production and will improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. The implementation of the investment will increase energy efficiency and reduce the negative impact on the environment. All investments in the project are related to sustainable and digital economic recovery.
By acquiring and implementing the planned investments and project activities in innovative technologies for the company, through digitalization and automation will improve and increase the level of automation of production and organizational processes compared to the present.
