In the agricultural farm of "BAYO EART" EOOD is managed and cultivated a little over 2,700 decares of agricultural land in the lands of the village of Pastren, municipality. Opan, the village of Kolarovo, the village of Zemlen and the village of Bozduganovo, municipality Radnevo. The object of the project proposal will be the cultivation of agricultural land in the village of Kolarovo in the amount of 340 decares, which will be fully irrigated and corn for grain will be grown in irrigated conditions. The farm grows mainly cereals - cereals (soft wheat, sunflower, corn, rape). Under the current procedure, apply for the purchase of new equipment - 3 pcs. pivot circular systems.  The main goal of the investment is to start the gradual separation of irrigation fields in the applicant's farm. In the current unfavorable conditions, the most severe of which is the prolonged drought and light snow cover, the investment is directed precisely in response to these conditions. 
It will help to significantly increase yields through intensive cultivation of maize for grain in irrigated conditions. The expectations are for yields between 1.5 to 2 tons per decare. 
The next goal that will be achieved is the significant saving of water resources compared to gravity irrigation. The water abstraction will be provided by irrigation channels of Irrigation Systems EAD. 
The investment will be made on areas located in the village of Kolarovo, Radnevo municipality.
