The objective of this reform is to foster the development of the high-tech sector in the country by improving access to capital and talent, improving the business administration environment and promoting entrepreneurship. The main elements of the reform are the following: • introduction of a procedure and requirements for issuing a visa for start-up entrepreneurs; • adoption of a personal bankruptcy law; • introduction of a more flexible type of a commercial company into the Commerce Law; • adoption of a framework to allow for an accelerated liquidation of legal entities; • providing more flexibility in the regulatory conditions for distance work. The implementation of the reform shall be completed by 31 December 2023.
