In order to prevent the infection and spread of animal diseases, it is very important to strictly observe the biosecurity measures, as well as the requirements for hygiene and animal welfare and Ordinance 44 of 2006 on veterinary requirements for livestock farms. In this regard, a project proposal has been prepared for the purchase of tangible assets, which are in this context the implementation of measures for the introduction of biosecurity and modernization of livestock farms for fattening calves up to 2 years of age, in order to increase its competitiveness. The applicant has a registered livestock farm, according to the attached Certificate №1285 from 25.09.2020 with a capacity of 400 pcs. calves, located in the village of Dalbok dol, municipality. Troyan, obl. Lovech, as well as registration under Ordinance 3/1999 as a farmer. The current project proposal is developed on the basis of 100 pcs. calves up to 1 year, with an average sales weight of 300 kg. and 100 pcs. calves up to 2 years, with an average sales weight of 600 kg. The assets to be purchased are in accordance with the planned number of animals for breeding and mainly concern the processes of providing quality feed for animals, ensuring a suitable microclimate in the barn, quality cleaning and maintaining optimal hygiene in the barn, according to current European and national legislation. introduction.

2 етап: окончателен-Закупуване и въвеждане в експлоатация на машини и оборудване, касаещи мерките за биосигурност, хигиена и хуманно отношение към животните, съгласно Наредба 44/2006 г. за ветеринарномедицинските изисквания към животновъдните обекти, а именно:
