The investments in the current project proposal are the following: Purchase of a tractor with a power of about 30-40 hp, with a cab, 4x4 drive and attached equipment to it - a milling cutter with knives. The total value of the investment is BGN 34069.00 without VAT and respectively BGN 40882.80 with VAT. As the applicant is not registered under the VAT Act, the amount of the investment for which he applies is the price with VAT or BGN 40882.80. The expected financial assistance amounts to 80% of the value of the investment / BGN 32,706.24 /, as the applicant is responsible of the criteria for "Young farmer" and his farm is located entirely in the mountainous area of ​​Gabrovo. The equipment and inventory, subject of the planned investment, are in accordance with the activity of the farm. With the implementation of the project the applicant is expected to:
- is equipped with the physical capital necessary for its holding, as the available fixed assets are insufficient;
- reduce the costs of external services - the farm currently uses external mechanized services, which leads to high costs and often problems with the untimely implementation of the necessary agro-technical measures;
- improve working conditions - by purchasing the tractor and attachments, manual labor will be reduced, as a large part of the operations for growing perennials will be mechanized;
- increase the efficiency of the farm - the use of the tractor and its attachments will reduce the time needed to carry out the necessary agro-technical measures for growing perennials, will reduce losses of plant protection products and will increase yields.
