"Napredak - Elena - 1863" Community Center "Elena" is a traditional, self-governing Bulgarian cultural and educational association, which also performs state cultural and educational tasks in the field of culture.
At the moment, at the "Napredak - Elena - 1863" amateur art activity is developed by more than 200 people, formed in several creative groups.
With the project "Renovation and reconstruction of a public building for the provision of cultural services -" Napredak - Elena - 1863 "Community Cultural Center - town of Elena, for improvement and enrichment of the offered services", under PRSR 2007-2013 a complete repair of community center building. The renovation of the Chitalishte "home" has created preconditions for enriching the activity, developing new forms, hosting more events and events.
