This project proposal aims at modernization of the agricultural holding of AGROKIM Ltd. by introducing innovative and modern technologies in order to increase the competitiveness of its activities by updating the available production assets and contributes to sustainable and digital economic recovery through the planned investments for irrigation of crops. AGROKIM Ltd. develops its activity in the field of plant growing. At the moment the applicant is mainly engaged in the cultivation of cereals, but since last year he has been developing lavender cultivation, the entire amount obtained is processed by the applicant and sold as lavender oil. At the moment, the applicant does not have agricultural equipment, which is necessary for the cultivation of the land from which the lavender will be extracted and the harvest from it. That is why 54.20% of the project's investment is directed entirely in the sector of essential oils and medicinal crops - growing lavender. The rest of the investment is focused on the other activity of the applicant - growing and irrigating corn. The project made an economic assessment for the sale of lavender oil, obtained from own plantations with an area of 200 decares, as well as an economic assessment for the sale of corn, obtained from own plantations with an area of 1100 decares., reflecting the perspective for their production, the economic condition of the applicant is indicated and a comprehensive report is made on its activity and the opportunities for the development of the economy. The project envisages the purchase of specialized agricultural machinery and attached equipment to it, through which the land of the agricultural holding, from which the lavender will be extracted, will be cultivated. Investments in the amount of 35.21% are planned for irrigation of areas of 517 decares sown with corn, as well as the purchase of an adapter for the harvest of all corn set in the business plan.

Всички гореизброени активи, с изключение на адаптера Olimac DRAGO II - 8-70 TR, са предназначени изцяло за дейностите по отглеждането на лавандулата.
Предвиденият за закупуване адаптер ще се използва приоритетно за осигуряване на жътвата на цялата отглеждана в земеделското стопанство царевица.
Предвидената инвестиция в настоящия проект ще позволи технологичното модернизиране и създаването на едно съвременно земеделско стопанство, което ще даде конкурентно предимство на кандидата, като в същото време ще даде възможност да бъдат постигнати високи стандарти за здраве и безопасност на труда.

Устойчиво и цифрово икономическо възстановяване чрез предвидените инвестиции за напояване : Дейността ще се изпълни посредством закупуване на следното оборудване:
1. Поливна барабанна машина с допълнително оборудване Giunti, TORNADO TE 90/440 – 4 бр.
2. Помпа с допълнително оборудване Rovatti, T3-80AE – 4 бр.
3. Тангенциален водомер TW-P DN100 PN16 - 2 бр.
Инвестициите представляват мобилни поливни машини и помпи, с които ще се напоява царевицата с обща площ 517 дка. находящи се в две землища, а именно: 276 дка, находящ се в землището на с. Оряховица, общ. Стара Загора и 241 дка. находящи се в землището на с. Дълбоки, общ. Стара Загора. Водоснабдяването ще се извършва от клон Горна Тунджа-гр. Стара Загора на Напоителни системи ЕАД. Така ще бъдат изградени две напоителни полета съответно в едното и другото землище за съвременно високотехнологично и икономическо ефективно напояване на площите с водопроводна мрежа за дъждуване на полетата съобразена за използване на съвременна поливна техника.
