The current investment project under measure 4.1 Investments in agricultural holdings of the “Rural Development Program 2014-2020” is aimed at purchasing agricultural machinery and equipment for the purpose of raising a herd of 60 beef cows in an existing livestock farm № 2180-0374 in PI 090050, Etropole, region Sofia.
At present, the farm has almost no quality agricultural machinery, except for physically and morally obsolete assets, most of which are to be scrapped. Currently, there are basically two options for feeding animals - by buying feed or by renting agricultural machinery. The final selling price of feed is relatively high because the trader adds value and the producer makes a profit. It can also be said that it is difficult to find suitable agricultural machinery in the short time in which specific tillage treatments should be carried out, as well as mowing, baling, etc. Failure to perform any of the necessary treatments can lead to a significant reduction in the expected result, which must be avoided at all costs.
The planned investment in new, modern equipment will significantly improve the quality and technological characteristics of forage crops, will help meet agronomic deadlines, reduce production costs and create a fleet adequate to achieve the necessary balance for economically stable production. The described technique envisages the inclusion of agricultural machinery in the farm for the optimal implementation of agro-technical measures for breeding and harvesting of finished products - fodder for the livestock farm.
The project proposal includes an application form, business plan, technical, financial-accounting and declarative information and other applicable documents, according to the requirements of Procedure № BG06RDNP001-4.012 under Measure 4.1. of the RDP.

Закупуване на земеделска техника и оборудване за говедовъдна ферма: Към настоящия момент стопанството почти не разполага с качествена земеделска техника, с изключение физически и морално остарели активи, повечето от които предстои да бъдат бракувани. С техниката, предвидена за закупуване по проекта се предвижда включване на земеделска механизация в стопанството за оптималното извършване на агротехническите мероприятия по отглеждане и прибиране на готовата продукция – фураж за животновъдния обект. Инвестицията в новата техника, предмет на настоящия проект по Мярка 4.1. от ПРСР, ще позволи необходимите дейности да се извършват в оптимални срокове, което е основен фактор за достигане на по-високо качество и количество на произвежданата продукция, а от там се очакват и по-добри финансови резултати от дейността на стопанството.
Закупуването на земеделската техника е необходима дългосрочна стратегия за прилагането на модерни решения в животновъдството, което ще повиши възможността да се поддържа високо ниво на конкурентоспособност на стопанството. Настоящият проект е част от стратегията за разширяване на стопанството като стремежът е да то да се обезпечи с достатъчно адекватно техническо оборудване.
