The project envisages the purchase of a combined backhoe loader and equipment for starting a construction business of MM PRO ENGINEERING EOOD. The company has its own base in the industrial zone of the town of Byala, where the machinery and equipment purchased under the project will be located. The long-term experience in the field of construction of the manager, a preliminary study for future investments in the region and the availability on its own basis predetermine the choice for the development of such a business on the territory. The investment intentions are related to the provision of construction and geodetic services. Only one of the local competitors has a warehouse and an office in the farmyard of the town of Byala, but none of the companies in the industry provides geodetic services in the field of construction, as we will offer. The presence of an office of the company in the area and the provision of several complex activities / construction and surveying / will contribute to causing greater interest in the company's activities and its establishment in the local market as a serious and quality business partner. The choice to purchase a robotic total station and office equipment is a result of the intention to build the only office on the territory of the LAG "Dolni Chiflik and Byala" for licensed surveying services that will be of great benefit to society in the region. The barge and robotic total station have innovative software systems and energy-saving technologies that will help the company in the better implementation of services and environmental protection.
Target groups: Local residents, real estate owners and brokers, investors, farmers and others.

- Purchase of geodetic surveying - robotic total station.
- Purchase of office equipment.
The implementation of the project will lead to the creation of 6 new jobs.
