The project aim to improve the administrative capacity of Samokov Municipality in the field of energy efficiency through participation of employees of the administration involved in preparation and management of projects in procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 " Energy efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas " OPRD 2014-2020 , seminars , exchange of experiences and best practices with other countries , trainings and seminars.
