Implementation of the project will support Vidin Municipality in management and implementation of its Investment programme, as the functions and obligations as urban authority, intermediate body and specific beneficiary under Priority Axes 1 “Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" OP "Regions for Growth" 2014-2020. Natural and logical transition between the approved integrated plan for urban restoration and development of the town and the specific projects, which will be provided grants under OPRD 2014-2020, will be done by this project.
Activities planned in the project are:
• Remuneration of Team to implement the investment program of Vidin procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020;
• Remuneration of team of IB in Vidin Municipality
• Outsourcing of IB in Vidin Municipality evaluation experts and assistant evaluation experts to evaluate proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020 .;
• Participation in programs for exchange of experience and best practices;
• Publicity and visualization;
• Independent financial audit;
• Organization and Project Management.
Expected results:
• Built capacity and increased competences of experts from the municipal administration involved in the implementation of the investment program;
• Build administrative and technical capacity of the IB experts and the experts participating in evaluation committees;
• Increased competencies and knowledge of employees participating in initiatives, seminars and workshops at national and European level.
