This project proposal is aimed at increasing the capacity of Municipal Administration Mezdra in connection with the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects of Mezdra Municipality under Priority Axis 2 of the OPRD 2014-2020. The project provides training to 18 employees in Bulgaria and in a country of northern and central Europe. It is envisaged that the conduct of 2 pieces trainings, seminars, workshops, exchange of experience in the field of energy efficiency. After completion of the planned project activities administrative capacity of the municipal administration will be improved and enriched for implementation of energy efficiency measures.
