The project proposal aims to improve the administrative capacity of Svilengrad municipality. This will be achieved through participation in programs for exchange experience and good practice- specialized training and participation in conferences in the field of energy efficiency in the countries of Northern and Central Europe as well as on the territory of Bulgaria.
