The main activity of the company "ZAIRA-Z.Z." Ltd. is the production of potato chips from natural Bulgarian potatoes and pellets.
This project proposal aims to expand and improve the quality of the company's production by increasing the percentage of production.
The investment envisaged in the forecast business plan will enable the candidate company to equip the production workshop with new highly efficient machines, such as 1 potato peeler, 1 vegetable slicer, 1 grease filter, 1 inspection table, and 1 frying machine.
The project envisages the creation of permanent employment of 2 new employees who will be responsible for the production process related to the project proposal, which will contribute to the creation of sustainable employment in the region.
For the implementation of the current project proposal it is envisaged to perform the following activity:
Activity 1: Purchase of technological equipment - 1 potato peeler; 1 vegetable slicer, 1 grease filter; 1 inspection table and 1 frying machine.
The modernization of the production base is of special importance for the company's activity. The new equipment will be
installed in the production workshop of the company on the 1st floor of the building.
The production of the products will meet and comply with all current veterinary-sanitary and hygienic requirements of the Bulgarian and European legislation in the field of food.
The implementation of the project activities will ensure the ability of the company to increase its capacity and offer customers quality corresponding to the level of best manufacturing practices.
The implementation of the project will help the company to become competitive and will contribute to the creation of sustainable employment in the territory of the LAG.

Закупуване на технологично оборудване - 1 брой картофобелачка; 1 брой зеленчукорезачка, 1 брой филтър за мазнина; 1 брой маса за инспекция и 1 брой машина за пържене: Дейността включва три поддейности:
Поддейност 1: Закупуване, доставка и въвеждане в експлоатация на 1 брой картофобелачка и 1 брой зеленчукорезачка
Поддейност 2: Закупуване, доставка и въвеждане в експлоатация на 1 брой филтър за мазнина и 1 брой маса за инспекция
Поддейност 3: Закупуване, доставка и въвеждане в експлоатация на 1 брой машина за пържене
Посочените в бюджета на настоящия проект активи ще бъдат разположени в производствения цех на фирмата, на 1 етаж в сградата. Операциите, които ще се извършват в процеса на работа със заложените активи са:
Картофите за чипс се подават с елеватор от склада към картофобелачката в работното помещение. Обелените картофи се допочистват на ръка. След това се придвижват с елеватор за нарязване към зеленчукорезачката на тънки шайби.
Нарязаните картофи или готовите пелети се поставят в машината за пържене, към която ще се монтира филтър за почистване на мазнината, който ще гарантира запазване качествата на мазнината за по-дълго време.
Наличното към момента оборудване е амортизирано и с ниска производителност, което налага подмяната му с нови високоефективни машини, с което ще се постигне снижаване на себестойността на продуктите и цените ще станат по-конкурентни.
Придобиването на описаните в настоящото проектно предложение активи ще допринесе до развитие на предприемачеството и устойчивия бизнес, както и до повишаване на конкурентоспособността на предприятието.
