Zemya Zhytosvyat EOOD has been a registered agricultural producer for more than 10 years. Mainly engaged in the cultivation of cereals. In order to optimize the activities of the company and diversify the cultivated crops, the Company is experimentally trying to grow essential oilseeds, such as rose hips and milk thistle. After receiving good yields on the one hand and the increased demand for cold pressed oils in recent years and high purchase prices of these products. The cultivator and owner decided to develop activities for processing essential oil crops such as rose hips, milk thistle and coriander. The project envisages the construction of an enterprise and the purchase of technological lines, facilities for processing of essential oil crops by cold pressing. This project is structured on the basis of a technological project commissioned by the Contracting Authority. According to the technology, it is planned to purchase several production lines according to a certain specification according to the technology. The first line is for the preparation of the raw material that arrives from the field and is prepared for processing, checked for excess impurities, shaken or cut depending on the raw material. The second line is for cold pressing of vegetable oils, after which there are containers in which the oils are stored. Currently, the farm grows cereals and sells them. With the implementation of the current project, non-traditional plantations of rose hips, milk thistle and coriander will be grown on the farm. With the purchase of the installations there will be an opportunity to add value to the products produced. Some of the raw materials produced by the farm will be processed and sold on expensive products.
