Additional technology equipment will be purchased to expand the enterprise's assortment of production. The by-products obtained from the main processing of sturgeon cultivated by Bul Aqua Fish OOD will be processed.
The products that can be produced are:
- up to 300kg / day perishable boiled-smoked sausages;
- up to 300 kg / day of perennial boiled-smoked or uncrushed meat delicacies;
- up to 100 kg / day smoked sturgeon paste;
- up to 600 kg / year processed black caviar from sturgeon fish for direct consumption.
In order to clean 100% of the waste water, the project envisages installing a mobile wastewater plant to the outgoing sewer collector.
The purification technology is innovative and is a microwave processing in rotating magnetic fields. It is based on the use of devices that generate a rotating electromagnetic field and represent a flow-through reactor.
As a result of the purification, water is produced which will be used for technological purposes.
