The project proposal is aimed at creating an opportunity for increasing the consumption of fish and fishery products in the NESEB Fisheries through upgrading the Victoria Restaurant and incorporating fish menus, offering sushi and pizzas with predominantly fish content. This will increase the consumption of local fish and fishery products, which will have a direct impact on the income of the employed fisheries sector and hence the quality of life in the area. A new product will be introduced for affordable land, which will be based on the fact that it will be introducing for the first time a land-based robot that will actually bring down the cost of production. This in itself will increase consumption and hence the income from fish and fishery products. Also, a small number of new jobs will be created, covering the set indicator for the whole measure 3.1.
