Description

The project "Sustainable integration of the labor market of young people in" MIG-94 "Ltd. aims to provide employment for young people looking for work and realization in the sphere of tourism, especially in the field of hotels and restaurants and sustainable to integrate them into the labor market.
The project activities are aimed at supporting employment and providing new opportunities for improving the incomes and standard of living of young people in the territory of LAG Svilengrad area and are in compliance with the guiding principles of the HRD OP.
The activities are aimed at contributing to the needs of the project target groups, namely: hiring 13 unemployed young people in the following positions: cooker - 1,guard - 1, receptionists - 3, bartenders - 3, waiters - 4 , organizer working with clients - 1 issue.
The results of the project aim to acquire and create appropriate skills for the employees according to the specifics of the regional labor market and the employers' search. The investment is aimed at achieving long-term effects and real inclusion in employment, ensuring greater competitiveness and successful integration into the labor market. The project is expected to create employment for 13 job-seekers unemployed young people with secondary or tertiary education up to 29 years of age.
