The requested investments are directed to the sensitive sector of perennial crops plums and cherries, and to the sector of fodder alfalfa and oilseeds. Investments in the fruit sector include: Construction of a hail protection network, two 150 horsepower tractors, two fruit picking platforms, irrigation pumps that serve drip irrigation systems. Two irrigation tanks and a meteorological station are also planned. The planned investments in the sensitive sector are worth BGN 990,600.00, which is 52% of the project costs. The investments directed in sectors other than the sensitive ones are related to irrigation and purchase of facilities leading to protection of the components of the environment, the investments in irrigation amount to BGN 922,250.00, which is 48% of all eligible costs of the investment project. Regarding the investment capacity envisaged in the perennial sector: It is envisaged to build a protective network against hail on already established cherry plantations on an area of ​​105 decares. The company currently cultivates 163 decares. cherries, which is in line with the planned investment. The purchase of two tractors of 150 horsepower meets the need for cultivation and cultivation of perennials on an area of ​​421 decares. The tractors will be used only for cultivation of perennials. It is also planned to purchase a platform for exporting the fruits when harvesting the produce, thus facilitating the work during the campaign.
