Desislava Georgieva Sevova is farmer a natural person who started her agricultural activity in 2012 with the cultivation of agricultural crops. At present, Desislava Georgieva Sevova harvested a total area of 286,794 decares, of which 44,900 decares of sunflower, 102,498 decares of coriander, 71,536 decares of lavender and 57,860 decares of lemon balm. Part of the land on the holding of the Protected Areas is certified as a organic producer for 99 decares of its lavender and lemon plant with certificate BG 1155A / 1-18 from Balkan Biocert Ltd., being included in the control system with a contract dated 09.10.2014 . In pursuing its intention to increase the competitiveness of its economy, Desislava Georgieva Sevova is aware that one of the essential moments for its achievement is to start a process of modernization, restructuring and diversification of its activities and development of the available production capacities. The goal is to increase the efficiency of the farm by increasing revenues by offering market-oriented raw material, reducing production costs, thereby increasing profitability and, hence, the economic performance of its economy. It is precisely the achievement of a better efficiency and competitiveness of the economy that is the reason for the purchase of appropriate equipment, which reduces the cost of external services, which in practice minimizes them and reduces the cost of production, respectively optimizing the market-competitive and realization price of finished crops from cultivated crops. Изборът на активите, предмет на инвеситцията е направен след внимателно проучване и съпоставяне на параметрите (качество+ефективност) / (пределна цена+техническо обслужване), предлагани от различни доставчици за различните видове машини и прикачен инвентар. В допълнение е съобразяван обема и капацитета на инвестицията. Залага се компонентите на инвестицията да се закупят съгласно представени оферти и договори с фирми отговарящи на заложените критерии по технически параметри и цени. За всички машини и прикачен инвентар, предмет на инвестицията, към проектното предложение са приложени Предварителни или окончателни договори за доставки – обект на инвестицията, както и най-малко три съпоставими независими оферти ведно с отправени от кандидата запитвания за оферти. Изпълнителите са определени с Решение на кандидата за избор на доставчик/изпълнител. Разходите по изпълнение на дейността са заложени в Раздел I. IA РАЗХОДИ ЗА ЗЕМЕДЕЛСКА ТЕХНИКА от бюджета на проектното предложение.
