The implementation of the project aims to achieve sustainable development in the territory of Straldzha and Sliven, covered by the territory of the LAG, through the implementation of the SCLLD of the LAG of the STRALDZHA-SLIVEN 2023. This will be achieved through the implementation of the measures set out in the SCLLD and by conducting a targeted policy of communication and training of the population of the territory in the principles of community-led local development. The project will be implemented in synergy between the efforts of the stakeholders - local authorities, business and the non-governmental sector. In order to optimally use the available resources for the implementation of the set goals and achieve the indicators, in each individual measure financed under the SCLLD, a procedure will be carried out for selecting the best projects from the territory, which will lead to healthy competition of ideas and approaches. In view of the development of rural areas, beyond the narrow regional approach, partnerships with other Local Action Groups will also be sought, in partnership with which projects will be implemented that will benefit these territories and aim to achieve results that could not be achieved independently. The development of the territory through the project will take into account its specificities, such as population, natural resources and level of economic development.
