Description

The implementation and implementation of the CSOMR with priorities and specific objectives corresponding to the long-term vision for the development of the territory will achieve an increased quality of life, a balance between social and environmental principles, competitiveness in local business, improvement of employment and educational accessibility, protection of biodiversity and the environment on the territory of the LAG "KB". The LAG will organize and carry out activities aimed at the local community for the promotion of the CSOMR information events, meetings, seminars, trainings, consultations, etc. aimed at disseminating and promoting among the widest possible audience the CSOMR approach, CSOMR, the measures and activities that can be implemented under each of the measures and will be implemented according to the priorities for the development of the local community set out in the CSOMR. The priorities and objectives are of fundamental importance for the development of the territory, linked to each of the selected and set measures, which have certain characteristics target groups, types of investments, duration of project implementation. Project acceptance will be prepared and implemented under each of the measures in the CBMDR, and will be discussed with the local community for the purpose of mass information and encouraging the participation of a larger number of applicants. The preparation and acceptance of projects will be carried out in conditions of transparency and awareness of the local community about the process. When implementing the CBMDR, the LAG will comply with European and national legislation on the CBMDR approach and will strictly apply the provisions of Art. 33, § 3 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060. When implementing the CBMDR of the LAG "KB" for the programming period 2023-2027. a balance between public and private interest will be sought and the principle of balanced socio-economic development of the territory will be applied.
