The project proposal aims to implement a strategy for community-led local development (CLLD) with the main objective of "Improving the living and business environment through investments in public infrastructure, promoting a sustainable local economy, with careful use of available resources (natural and cultural), ensuring higher incomes and employment" Two priorities have been identified: Priority 1.Improving the quality of life and business conditions through the completion and renovation of the infrastructure of the territory, including access to tourist sites, environmental protection Priority 2. Economic development, promotion of entrepreneurship in non-agricultural activities and primary processing of agricultural and forestry products The LAG will ensure the achievement of the objectives and priorities of the CSOMR by including one fund for financing the CSOMR, which is the EAFRD. The measures included in the LAG's SVOMR and their scope stem from the detailed analyses submitted to the SVOMR, which outline the need to finance precisely these interventions from the SPROZD 2023-2027, as well as their specific focus. Projects financed with EAFRD funds through the CJEU should meet local needs and lead to one or more of the following: create and maintain employment for the local population, benefit local businesses, introduce innovation, lead to improved living conditions (including activities supporting the creation of "smart villages") and the state of the environment, to improve basic services and small-scale infrastructure on the territory, to lead to social inclusion and improvement of social services in the territory and to lead to improvement of the quality of education. The operations must be carried out within the territory of operation of the Borino-Dospat-Sarnitsa Regional Air Group. The allocation of funds in the financial plan by measures also takes into account the achievement of the monitoring and evaluation indicators defined in the Strategy
