The present project proposal aims to promote the sustainable development of the territory of the LAG Beloslav through the implementation of the Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) approach, based on the real needs of the local community. The main need to be addressed relates to the necessity of increasing the social and economic activity of the population, improving the quality of life in rural areas, and ensuring the effective utilization of local resources – natural, cultural, and human. The project targets a wide range of groups: local entrepreneurs and farmers, vulnerable groups (unemployed persons, youth, women, people in disadvantaged situations), representatives of the non-governmental sector, local authorities, as well as the general population of the LAG Beloslav territory. The main objectives are to stimulate economic activity and job creation by supporting SMEs and social innovation; to promote social inclusion and improve access to social and basic services; to protect the environment and encourage sustainable tourism and cultural heritage; and to enhance administrative capacity and partnerships at the local level. The project foresees the implementation of the following main activities: coordination and implementation of the CLLD strategy; organization of calls, evaluation, and selection of project proposals; conducting information campaigns and trainings; monitoring, reporting, and internal assessment of progress; and developing cooperation mechanisms among local stakeholders. The expected results include improved socio-economic indicators for the territory, an increased number of implemented local projects, new jobs created, a higher degree of inclusion of vulnerable groups, and a stronger sense of local identity and community engagement among the population.
