The project proposal envisages activities for the implementation and execution of the Strategy for Community-Led Local Development on the territory of "Local Initiative Group Dulovo 2024" for the period 2025-2027, meeting the local needs of the community. The Strategy for Community-Led Local Development includes the following measures: 1. Measures to be financed by the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas of the Republic of Bulgaria - Measure 01 - Investments in agricultural holdings; - Measure 02 - Investments in processing of agricultural products; - Measure 03 - Investments in non-agricultural activities; - Measure 04 - Investments in basic services and small-scale infrastructure; - Measure 05 - Preservation of local cultural, historical and natural wealth on the territory of the Local Initiative Group Dulovo 2024. 2. Measures to be financed through Complementary Financing: It includes two measures from the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Program 2021-2027, four measures from the Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027 and one measure from the Education Program 2021-2027. Through the implementation of the Strategy for Community-Led Local Development of the "Local Initiative Group Dulovo 2024", projects that meet local needs, create and retain employment for the local population, and benefit small local businesses will be funded. As a result of the implementation of the Strategy for Community-Led Local Development of the "Local Initiative Group Dulovo 2024", better economic, social and environmental living conditions will be created in small populated areas, the multi-sectoral development of the local economy will be supported and the process of depopulation will be slowed down.
