The CLLD strategy for the programming period 2023-2027 for the territory of the LAG "Nevestino - Kyustendil - Treklyano - Boboshevo - Kocherinovo - Rila" aims to improve the well-being of the local population, the competitiveness and overall economic development of the territory, the development of tourism and cultural and historical sites. Objective: "Creating opportunities for long-term sustainable development of the territory by improving the socio-economic conditions and quality of life of the population of the LAG, supporting business, reducing unemployment and cultural and historical heritage". The main objective will be achieved through financial support from the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development) and complementary funding according to Art. 9 of Decree No. 494 of the Council of Ministers of 30.12.2024. on setting rules for the implementation of the CLLD approach for the period 2021 - 2027 from the ERDF and the ESF+: - development of innovative and territory-specific social services aimed at promoting the social inclusion of persons from marginalized groups - renovation of municipal infrastructures, which will have a positive impact on increasing the attractiveness of municipalities for attracting new initiatives and investments and creating prerequisites for utilizing the great tourism potential: -implementation of activities to strengthen and preserve local identity through activities related to the protection and promotion of cultural and historical heritage; - development of the local economy - development of agriculture, farming, increasing the capacity of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises; - investments in the economy on the territory of the LAG related to non-agricultural activities; promotion of national and transnational cooperation between local initiative groups; management, monitoring and evaluation of the CLLD strategy, as well as its promotion.
