The project proposal envisages the implementation of multifund Strategy for Community-Led Local Development of "LAG Perushtitsa - Rhodopes" for the 2023-2027. The Strategy envisages complementary funding from the programs under Art. 9, para. 1 of the Council of Ministers No. 494/2024, which is stated in the relevant annex to the Strategy. The developed strategy is tailored to the specifics of the territory and reflects the needs of the local community. In the process of developing and consulting the CLD, proposals and comments from representatives of various stakeholders from the local community, including youth and vulnerable groups, were taken into account. The defined goals and priorities of the SVOMR correspond to the developed Integrated Territorial Strategy for the Development of the South Central Planning Region for the period 2021-2027, covering, complementing and describing the strategic approaches and vision for development: "South Central Region - an attractive place for living, business and tourism, with better conditions for communication and preserved natural and cultural heritage". The goals and priorities that the SVOMR sets for itself are in line with the National Concept for Spatial Development 2013-2025, the Europe 2030 Strategy and the National Development Program "Bulgaria 2030". The achievement of the goals and priorities is entirely determined by the local potentials, examined in detail in the study and analysis of the territory. The Strategy for the period 2023-2027 will provide an opportunity to build on the results of the implementation of the SVOMR on the territory of the "LAG Perushtitsa - Rhodopes" for the period 2007-2013 and for the period 2014-2020. Through the implementation of the SVOMR, projects will be financed that meet local needs, create and maintain employment for the local population and benefit small local businesses. This will ensure better economic, social and environmental living conditions in small populated areas.
