With this project proposal, the Local Action Group (LAG) Kavarna-Shabla is applying for funding for an integrated, multi-sectoral Community-Led Local Development Strategy (CLLD) for the period until December 31, 2027. The strategy is developed based on the characteristics of the territory and is grounded in local needs and potential. It is financed by the EAFRD and receives additional funding in accordance with Council of Ministers Decree No. 494/30.12.2024 from the ESF+, the ERDF through the HRDP 2021–2027, the PE 2021–2027, the PRIC 2021–2027, and the PES 2021–2027. The measures and activities selected in the CLLD strategy align with the needs identified in studies and analyses of the territory and are also in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 and Regulation (EU) 2021/2115. They contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy, as well as the goals of the programmes providing complementary funding. The CLLD strategy is in full compliance with the Integrated Territorial Development Strategy of the Northeastern Region and contributes to achieving its strategic priorities and objectives. During the development of the CLLD, the principles of publicity and transparency, equality, and awareness of all stakeholders were observed to involve them in the overall process of drafting the document. The identified stakeholders involved in the preparation of the strategy include representatives from the following sectors: -Public: local authorities; representatives of state institutions and local structures; educational institutions; -Economic sector, including agricultural producers and processors of agricultural products; micro, small, and medium enterprises from the territory operating outside agriculture, as well as craftsmen; Non-profit sector: community centers; NGOs; citizens. A total of 366 individuals, representing all identified stakeholder groups from the studies and analyses.
