The LAG "Kichika"-Madan-Rudozem strategy has been developed for the period until 31.12.2027.It consists of one main objective,priorities,specific objectives and measures.The set priorities reflect the main directions to which it is oriented.The spec.objectives are aimed at the sectors of intervention to which it will contribute.They are clearly defined and there is compliance with the potential and needs of the territory,as well as with the opinion of local residents.The envisaged measures will lead to the achievement of the set objectives and they are in accordance with the specific characteristics,potential and needs of the territory,determined in the studies and analyses.The measures also support the introduction of innovations and the creation of smart settlements in the territory.The strategy includes 8 measures that are in accordance with Reg.(EU)2021/1060 and (EU)2021/2115 and contribute to achieving the SPARD 2023 - 2027 objectives with funding under the EAFRD.The strategy plans to receive support with complementary funding,in accordance with Decree №494 of the Min.Council /30.12.2024 on determining rules for the „CLLD“ approach implementing for the period 2021-2027 from the HRDP,the Envir. Program and the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Program.The need for complem.funding is presented with annexes,in accordance with the Min.Council №494 and includes 7 measures.Through the implement. of this complex of measures,multi-sectoral development of the LAG "Kichika"-Madan-Rudozem" territory with high added value will be achieved,which will lead to improving the well-being of the population and minimizing negative demographic processes.The LAG will implement a set of activities for the management and promotion of the LCD strategy 2023-2027,which are the basis of the „CLLD“ approach and which are assigned to all LAGs in Art. 33(3) of Reg.(EU) 2021/1060.The activities are in accordance with Sect.13.3 of the Conditions for Procedure №BG06AFSP001-01.001.
