The project proposal is for the development of a Community-Led Local Development Strategy for the period 2023 - 2027 of the Association LAG Prespa - Municipalities of Banite, Laki and Chepelare, as a continuation and development of what has been achieved on the territory of the LAG during the previous programming periods.The prepared CLLD Strategy reflects all reasonable requests of local residents for the future development of their territory. The Strategy for the programming period 2023-2027 has been developed for the period until December 31, 2027 and aims to build on the results achieved from the implementation of the strategies from the programming periods 2007-2013 and 2014-2020, through multi-sectoral development of the territory. The priorities, specific objectives, measures and activities selected in the CLLD strategy, including for cooperation, are in line with Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, Regulation (EU) 2021/2115, the SPRZD, the SWR ITSD and lead to the achievement of their objectives. They also meet the objectives of the CLLD approach according to Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 494 of 30 December 2024 on determining rules for implementing the "Community-Led Local Development" approach for the period 2021 - 2027 (PMC No. 494).The CLLD Strategy of the LAG "Prespa - Municipalities of Banite, Laki and Chepelare" is financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) through the Rural Development and Rural Development Programme (RDRP), receiving complementary funding under the PMC No. 494 from the European regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the European Social Fund+ (ESF+) through the Environment Programme for the period 2021-2027 (EP) and the Human Resources Development Programme (HRDP) for the period 2021-2027, respectively. The complementary financing measures are attached as annexes to the CBMRD in accordance with the provisions of the Council of Ministers No. 494.
