Association "LAG - Aytos" applies for a grant under procedure No. BG06AFSP001-01.001 "Selection of strategies for Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) for the provision of grant aid under intervention II.G.5 "Implementation of operations, including cooperation activities and their preparation, selected within the framework of the local development strategy" of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023–2027". It provides for additional funding in accordance with Art. 9 of the Council of Ministers No. 494 under the following programs and measures:- under the Program "Innovation and Competitiveness of Enterprises";- under the Program "Human Resources Development" 2021 – 2027;- under the Program "Environment" 2021 – 2027.Through the implementation of the CLLD Strategy for the programming period 2023 - 2027, projects that meet local needs, create and retain employment for the local population and benefit small local businesses will be financed on the territory of the Association "Local Initiative Group - Aytos". They will create better economic, social and environmental living conditions in the settlements of the Aytos Municipality, support the multi-sectoral development of the local economy and slow down and neutralize the process of their depopulation.The maximum amount of the total public contribution under the CLLD Strategy is up to the leva equivalent of EUR 3,000,000, including funds for the implementation of projects under the strategy, funds for the implementation of cooperation activities and funds for the management, monitoring and evaluation of the strategy and its promotion, since the LAG Aytos covers a territory with a population of over 15,001 inhabitants (inclusive).The CLLD Strategy has been developed for the period until December 31, 2027. Regarding the costs of management, monitoring and evaluation of the CSOMR and its promotion, the funds are planned until September 30, 2029.
