The Community-Led Local Development Strategy of the LAG is oriented towards integrated and sustainable development of the territory by using available resources to improve the economic viability of enterprises, improve the conditions and quality of life, increase the degree of integration of vulnerable and minority groups of the population, introduce smart solutions in rural areas, preserve the natural and cultural environment. The strategic framework complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Community-Led Local Development Strategy 2023-2027 on the territory of the LAG "Tutrakan-Slivo Pole" has the following objectives and priorities: The strategic objective of the SWOMR of the LAG "Tutrakan-Slivo Pole": The territory of the LAG "Tutrakan and Slivo Pole" - a territory with a good standard of living, stable economic growth, improved connectivity, preserved clean environment and preserved cultural and historical heritage with a future for young people. The strategic objective will be achieved through interventions in three priority areas, identified together with the local community in the process of developing the SWOMR. PRIORITY 1: Development of a competitive economy based on the specific local potential, providing employment, sustainable incomes and efficient use of resources. PRIORITY 2: Improving living conditions, including ensuring fair social inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups by creating a dynamic living environment, modernizing public infrastructure and services, and introducing smart solutions. PRIORITY 3: Preservation and protection of cultural, spiritual, natural heritage and environment by promoting resource efficiency and using local potential for the development of territorial identity and social capital.
