Description

The project proposal is for application and implementation of operations, including cooperation activities and their preparation, selected within the framework of the CLLD strategy of the Slivnitsa - Breznik LAG. The project is applied for with a developed and adopted CLLD in 2023. under a project for preparatory activities. The strategy was revised and finally adopted, according to the Conditions for Application under this procedure on 13.05.2025. by the General Assembly of the Slivnitsa - Breznik LAG. The CLLD describes the characteristics of the territory, needs, strengths and weaknesses, stakeholders and vulnerable groups, objectives and priorities. On the basis of which the measures and the financial plan of the strategy and the expected results with the relevant indicators have been developed. As a result of the needs of the local community, measures from the Environment program, the Human Resources Development program and the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises program are included as complementary funding. A Financial Plan of the funds for management, monitoring and evaluation of the CLLD strategy and its promotion by years from 2025 to 30.09.2029 has also been developed and implemented. and by costs for management, monitoring and evaluation of the CLLD strategy and costs for promotion of the CLLD.
        For the first time, interventions related to Smart Economic Transition in rural areas, the so-called "smart villages", are also planned on the territory of the LAG.
        The strategy is well balanced, over 75% of the identified stakeholder groups from the territory in the analysis are represented in the CVE and representatives of more than 50% of the settlements in the territory are included. There is full compliance of the selected objectives, interventions and the financial plan of the strategy with the objectives and interventions in relation to the identified needs and potential of the territory.
