The objective of the project proposal is the effective implementation of the Community-Led Local Development Strategy (CLLDS) on the territory of the Venets, Kaolinovo and Samuil LAG for the period 2023-2027. The strategy will be financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and with complementary funding from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), through the Human Resources Development Programme 2021-2027. Target groups: • the local community; • stakeholders from the territory of implementation of the CLLDS of the Venets, Kaolinovo and Samuil LAG. Main project activities: 1. Implementation of CLLDS operations: • Organizing and conducting receptions of project proposals under the CLLDS measures (CLLDS); • Evaluation and selection of projects; • Conclusion of contracts with approved beneficiaries; • Monitoring and control of project implementation. 2. Cooperation activities and their preparation: • Identification of potential partners for intra-territorial and transnational cooperation; • Development of joint projects; • Implementation of initiatives for the exchange of good practices and innovations. 3. Management, monitoring, evaluation and promotion of the CLLDS: • Ensuring administrative capacity for managing the Strategy; • Development and implementation of a system for monitoring and evaluating progress; • Conducting information campaigns and events to promote the CLLDS and its results. Expected results of the project implementation: • Successfully implemented CLLDS of the LAG "Venets, Kaolinovo and Samuil"; • Increasing the competitiveness of the local economy; • Creating conditions for the formation of dynamic communities focused on well-being by promoting sustainable and quality employment and social inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups; • Broader engagement of the local community and stakeholders; • Improved awareness and greater visibility of the activities and results achieved under CLLDS.
