The current project aims to create a software product that meets the need for more efficient and faster processing of various types of documents—such as invoices, contracts, orders, and others. At present, companies handle these operations manually, which leads to significant time costs and increases the likelihood of errors. By developing automated software based on optical character recognition (OCR) algorithms and machine learning, we will enable companies to enter data directly into various software solutions—ERP systems, accounting software, and more.

The target groups of the project are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking ways to optimize their processes and accelerate the digitalization of their operations, as well as specialists who wish to receive training in working with new technologies. By implementing the project, we expect to reduce labor-related costs, improve the accuracy of data entry, and speed up the entire document workflow process.
