The main purpose of the project is to develop a biocomposite material that is suitable for engineering applications. The main component will be derived from hemp stems as possible replacement of wood. Those biocomposite materials will have significant ecological impact, they will have different composition and should be analyzed to determine their characteristics. Based on this analysis the composition will be adjusted to best suite certain engineering applications.
